Packaging & Corrugated

Digital packaging prints directly onto board with no plates and no make-ready, which makes short runs, sampling and versioning economic. A Durst corrugated press handles production volume; a UV flatbed plus a Zünd cutting table covers prototypes and short runs in a general print shop.

Prints on: Corrugated board, folding carton, rigid sheet
Removes: Plates, make-ready and minimum order quantities
Cutting: Zünd table cuts and creases without a die
Suits: Sampling, short runs, versioning, one-offs

How the job runs

Design
Draw the structure in packaging CAD and generate the cutting file.
Step 2
Print
Print directly onto the board, with no lamination step.
Step 3
Cut and crease
Cut, crease and route in one pass, then fold and glue the sample.
