Midcomp sells refurbished large format printers, cutters and laminators that have been through its own workshop: stripped, serviced, worn parts replaced and test printed before resale. Stock changes weekly and every machine is sold with installation and a warranty, which is the difference between a refurbished printer and a second-hand one.

Pre-owned and ex-demonstration equipment
Machines that have come back off the demonstration floor or out of a Pay Per Use agreement, checked over by the technicians who serviced them. Stock changes constantly, so tell us what you are looking for and we will let you know when something suitable comes in.
What pre-owned means here
Every machine we resell has been serviced by our own technicians, has a known history, and comes with a report on what was replaced. We do not take in equipment we have never serviced, because we cannot stand behind what we have not seen.
What to ask
Ask for the service history, the printhead hours and what is still under warranty. Ask what the machine was used for: a printer that ran banner material all day is in a different condition from one that printed the occasional plan.
