Short-term hire for a project, a deadline or a tender: a plotter for the duration of a build, or a printer while yours is being repaired. Delivered, installed and collected.
When renting makes sense
A rental suits a fixed piece of work with a known end: a construction project that needs plans on site, a busy season that outruns your own capacity, or a gap while equipment is repaired or replaced.
If the need is ongoing rather than temporary, Pay Per Use is usually the better answer, because it covers inks and service as well.
