The Innovation Hub is a working demonstration floor in Ferndale. Bring the file you are worried about, print it on the machine you are considering, and take the sample away. It is also where Pay Per Use customers run work when their own machine is down.
Why it exists
The best printer in the world is the worst printer when it will not run. Midcomp built the Innovation Hub so that two things are always possible: seeing a machine work on real files before committing to it, and keeping production moving when a customer's own machine is out.
What you can do there
Print your own artwork on any machine on the floor. Compare two machines on the same file. Test a substrate you have not run before. Train a new operator on the machine you already own. Run a deadline when yours is down, if you are on the Pay Per Use programme.
